No. Site visits to our Vipingo Development sites are free.

06What are the payment terms?

KingsWood Park – You will pay 10% on the letter of offer and the balance within 6 months.

Awali Estate – You will pay 20% on the letter of offer, and the balance before the completion date.

1255-Palm Ridge – You will pay 20% on the letter of offer and the balance before the completion date.

07What document of ownership do I get upon purchase?

You will get a sub-lease for your unit/plot.
